Dress Code
Clothing and accessories displaying candidates' names, ballot numbers, party logos, or a specific referendum stance are strictly prohibited, including face masks, hats, and similar items.
Correct way to mark your ballot: Be sure to use the designated marking tool provided at the polling station to mark your ballot. Do not use your personal seal or a fingerprint to mark it, as this may cause your ballot to be deemed invalid. Follow rules on communication devices: Before entering the polling station, please turn off your mobile phone and any other device with a camera, or hand them to election staff for temporary safekeeping. Taking photos or recording videos inside the voting booth area is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal penalties. Observe election campaign regulations: All forms of campaigning and campaign assistance are prohibited by law on Election Day, starting at 12:00 AM. This includes posting or forwarding vote-solicitation messages through messaging apps such as LINE or social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Please avoid activities that may violate the law.
