When you register as a G Taiwan member, we only collect necessary personal information, including:

- •If you redeem G Points in person at a partner venue, we record the redemption time, the venue, and the point amount

Used for anti-fraud verification at the time of redemption, settlement reconciliation with venues, and monitoring for account compromise or abnormally high-volume redemptions. Identifiable redemption records are automatically anonymized (member association removed) 24 months after redemption; only non-identifiable aggregate statistics are retained thereafter
3. Third-Party Sharing and Protection

After you purchase tickets, necessary verification data (such as ticket numbers or display names) will be provided to event organizers for ticket validation
💎 G Point Redemption Verification
When you redeem G Points at a partner venue, that venue's staff console only shows masked member information (such as the first character of your display name and a reference number) — never your email or real name
