Terms of Service

1. By browsing, registering for, or using this service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.
2. Some events or venues have age restrictions (e.g., 18+), as indicated on each event page; those who do not meet the requirements will be denied entry.

1. Registration: Member accounts are created by signing in with a third-party account (such as Google). You must ensure the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
2. Account Security: Accounts are for the member's personal use only. Please keep your login credentials safe; losses arising from use of your account by others are borne by you unless attributable to the platform. If you discover unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
3. Account Deletion: Members may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, all accumulated G Points, lottery weighting, subscription benefits, and related records immediately become void and cannot be restored; fees already paid are non-refundable.
4. Violations: If a member impersonates others, engages in fraud, interferes with system operation, or otherwise violates these terms, the platform may suspend or terminate all or part of the account's services.

💎 Plans and Benefits

1. Age Eligibility: Subscription plans are available only to those aged 18 or over. Persons under 18 may not subscribe; if discovered, the platform may terminate the subscription and stop further charges. The platform may require proof of age where necessary.
2. Subscription benefits include partner venue coupons and partner discounts, weekly G Point claims, lottery weighting bonuses, and more; actual benefits are as shown in the member center and plan pages.
3. Per-period usage counts and daily limits for each benefit are as indicated on that benefit; benefits are for the member's personal use only and may not be transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for cash.
4. Partner venues and benefit content may change with partnership status; the platform may add, modify, or remove individual benefits at any time without individual notice.

📅 Billing Cycle and Auto-Renewal

1. Subscriptions run in monthly cycles: from the subscription start date (the billing anchor day) to the day before the same date of the following month. For subscriptions starting on the 29th–31st, the 28th of each month is used as the billing anchor day.
2. Subscriptions renew automatically: your credit card used at payment will be charged on each billing anchor day until you cancel the subscription.
3. The amount charged is the plan price at the time you subscribed; later price increases do not affect the renewal price of a continuously active subscription (members who change plans are charged the plan price at the time of the change).

🚫 Cancelling Your Subscription

1. You may cancel your subscription at any time in the Member Center, for any reason, with no cancellation fee.
2. Cancelling stops automatic charging for the next period; paid benefits for the current period (venue benefits, weekly G Point claims, lottery bonuses, etc.) remain available until the end of the current period.
3. Subscription fees already paid for the current period are not refunded on a pro-rata basis for mid-period cancellation.
4. If you re-subscribe after your subscription expires or is terminated, the plan price at the time of re-subscription applies.

🔁 Plan Changes (Upgrade / Downgrade)

1. Upgrades take effect immediately upon paying the difference. The upgrade difference = the new plan price minus a pro-rata credit of fees already paid for the remaining days of the current period.
2. Downgrades (including adjusting or removing add-on plans) take effect from the next period; current-period benefits are unaffected, and the change request can be withdrawn in the Member Center at any time before it takes effect.

⚠️ Failed Payments

1. If an auto-renewal charge fails, the platform will notify you by email and automatically retry the charge after approximately 3 days.
2. After 3 consecutive failed charges, the subscription is automatically terminated and benefits cease immediately; the original subscription's price protection also lapses, and re-subscribing is charged at the then-current plan price.

🔒 Payment Security

1. Online transactions on the platform are encrypted and processed by a third-party payment provider to ensure payment security; the platform does not store your full credit card details.
2. Voluntary donations are not consideration for goods or services and, once payment is completed, are non-refundable except as otherwise required by law.

I. Earning G Points and Expiry

1. Nature of G Points: G Points are the basis for calculating membership benefits and lottery weighting on this platform. They are not equivalent to cash, are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and have no exchange rate against New Taiwan Dollars.
2. How to Earn: G Points may only be earned through: (1) subscribers actively logging in and clicking to claim them each week, with the number of points granted at random by the system; (2) refunds issued after in-store redemption; or (3) points issued by the platform at its discretion for operational purposes.
3. Weekly Login Reward: To encourage subscribers to log in regularly, the platform provides a weekly login points reward. The member must log in and click to claim it in person each week; points not claimed within that week do not accumulate and are not reissued.
4. Expiry (reset the following year): G Points earned within a calendar year (Asia/Taipei time) expire and reset to zero at 23:59 on December 31 of the following year (Asia/Taipei). Unused points are forfeited without further notice or reissuance.
5. Account Deletion: If a member deletes their own account, all accumulated G Points and weighting are immediately reset to zero and cannot be restored.

II. Lottery Weighting (Probability) Formula

1. This platform uses a weighting system that combines G Points with Plan Multiplier and Reputation Adjustment. The higher the final weighting, the higher the chance of winning.

4. Reputation Adjustment: Calculated based on the number of "unredeemed expired" lottery prizes in the past 90 days • 0 times: 1.0× • 1 time: 0.6× • 2 times: 0.2× • 3 or more times: Temporarily disqualified from registering for lottery activities

III. Lottery Operation and G Point Deduction

1. Registration System: Members must actively click "Register" for each individual activity to be eligible, and must hold at least the required G Point threshold for that activity at the time of registration.
2. Re-verification at Draw Time: G Point balances are re-verified when the draw takes place; members whose remaining points have fallen below the activity's threshold will be disqualified and excluded from the draw.
3. Winner Point Deduction: Winners will have G Points deducted according to the prize value set for the activity, down to a minimum of 0 points.
4. One-Time Settlement: G Point deduction is completed at the moment of the draw. Points will not be refunded regardless of whether the prize is subsequently used.

IV. Prize Collection and Redemption (Merchant Verification)

1. Collection Method: Winning prizes will be stored as digital tickets in "My Tickets".
2. Redemption Process: When collecting a prize, members must present a dynamic QR Code or verification code for the merchant to scan.
3. Expiration: All prizes have a redemption deadline. Failure to redeem before the deadline is deemed forfeiture and will be counted as an "unredeemed expired" record affecting future lottery reputation.
4. Exceptions: Where otherwise specified, the activity description shall prevail.

V. Using G Points at Partner Venues (In-Store Redemption)

1. How Redemption Works: Members may show or scan a partner venue's designated QR code (or enter its short code), then enter the number of G Points to redeem; redemption completes once confirmed by the system.
2. Redemption Limits: The platform reserves the right to set per-transaction, daily, and per-user redemption limits. Current limits are shown in the member center or at the point of redemption and may be adjusted by the platform at any time without individual notice.
3. Refunds: Disputes may be raised with the venue on-site within the platform-announced window (currently 30 minutes after redemption) for a full refund of that transaction. After this window, members may contact platform support for manual review, handled at the platform's discretion.
4. Age-Restricted Goods: Where goods or services provided by a partner venue are subject to statutory age restrictions (such as alcohol), that venue verifies the member's age at the point of service. Venues may refuse service to those who do not qualify; G Points redeemed for that transaction are handled under the refund provisions above.
5. No Cash Value: G Points have no exchange rate against New Taiwan Dollars and may not be exchanged for change, cash, or used for any purpose other than as set out in these terms.
6. Venue Goods and Services: The goods or services provided by partner venues are the sole responsibility of that venue, not the platform.
7. Handling of Abuse: Where an account is found to involve suspected compromise, abnormally high-volume redemptions, or other fraudulent activity, the platform may suspend the effect of that redemption, require a refund, or suspend the account as appropriate, without prior notice.

VI. Violations and Disclaimer

1. Prohibited Conduct: Use of scripts, multiple accounts, or any other improper means to interfere with the lottery or G Point redemption system is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery, the platform reserves the right to revoke prizes, clear G Points, or permanently ban the account.
2. System Anomalies: If data anomalies arise from force majeure (such as system failures or network disconnections), the platform reserves the right to recalculate or cancel the activity or the affected redemption.
3. Right to Modify: G Taiwan reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate this activity and these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon announcement in the relevant section.

1. Event organization, postponement, content changes, or cancellation are the responsibility of the event organizer and will be announced accordingly; G Taiwan will make efforts to update information, but assumes no joint liability for organizer breaches or event quality issues.
2. Goods, services, and benefits provided by partner venues are the sole responsibility of those venues; the platform makes no express or implied warranty regarding them.
3. Where the service is temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance, third-party payment services, or network outages, the platform will restore it as soon as possible but bears no liability for damages except as required by law.

1. The platform may amend these terms at any time. Amendments will be announced on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date; material changes affecting member rights will additionally be announced on the site or notified by email.
2. Continued use of the service after an amendment is announced constitutes acceptance of the amended terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service, cancel your subscription, or delete your account.

1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
2. Unless otherwise mandated by law, disputes arising from this service are subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
