WEDDING BANQUET：I DO, MYSELF⧉

This time, I've decided to marry myself. 2026 marks my tenth year as a drag queen. Looking back on this decade-long journey, drag has long since become more than a performance to me. It has been a long process of self-discovery and exploration. Much like an intimate relationship, it began with meeting and falling in love, followed by arguments, adjustments, understanding, and reconciliation. Eventually, we became willing to embrace each other again and make a promise. And the other person in this relationship has always been me. Over the past ten years, drag has accompanied me as I've explored the fluidity of gender expression, reexamined the meaning of my family of origin, and discovered countless possibilities for life that I had never imagined. I've gradually come to understand that if we want to create harmony in the world around us, we must first learn to make peace with the different parts of ourselves within. And so, I've decided to hold a wedding through *WEDDING BANQUET*, celebrating this decade-long journey. Through recreating iconic performances, paying tribute to my family, and looking back on the stories that have shaped my life, I hope to bring this chapter of my journey to a meaningful and fulfilling close. Because I believe that if certain words are never fully spoken, we cannot truly move on to the next stage of life. A wedding is not the end of a story, but the beginning of another relationship. This is the end of my first decade and the beginning of the next. You are cordially invited to my wedding. May we all find, within our own lives, a love that feels whole and complete.
